Joweli is a JOY to have in ROWAN programs. When her husband died in 2014 of a terrible snake bite, he left her with 11 children: 8 boys and 3 girls. ROWAN welcomed her into our program quickly to support her as she raises so many kiddos. Her favorite ROWAN program is adult literacy classes during the week. She will enjoy writing you about her life, dreams, and prayers, and she wants to hear about your life too!
